Summary Of The Book

Chocolate Guitar Momos revolves around Joseph, who has been living in Guwahati for less than a year and is struggling to earn a decent living with his profession as a musician. Meanwhile, his girlfriend of five years resides in Delhi, whose interest in him slowly begins to fade, to say the least. Joseph phones Uma on their fifth anniversary to tell her about the song he sent her as a present. Uma soon blurts out that she is in love with Tonmoy, who is Joseph’s friend. The two fell in love during their two-day trip to Manali.

Joseph has been dumped thrice so far and is now determined to find the girl whom he believes is his true soul mate. He only saw her once at a bus stop, where she smiled at him. The problem is that he doesn’t know anything about her, nor does he remember what she looks like. The only thing Joseph remembers is that she wore a grey skirt.
